Formatting Rules

✓ Paper Length: Full research papers should be 10–15 pages (including figures and references). Short / WIP papers should be 6–8 pages.
✓ Abstract & Keywords: Every paper must include an abstract of 150–250 words followed by 3–5 index keywords.
✓ Double-Blind Review: Initial submission manuscripts MUST omit author names, email addresses, affiliations, and explicit self-identifying acknowledgements.
✓ ORCID & Reference Style: Final camera-ready papers must include ORCID IDs for all contributing authors and use numbered square-bracket reference style `[1]`, `[2]`.
